I was going to send you a link to the Urban Farm Store in Portland because of your desire to raise chickens, but, I remembered that you don't live in Portland. So, never mind. Anyway, I followed links from Chad's blog (abandoned, I believe)to your cooking blog. You have developed a great writing style. I think I just might become a regular reader. The first thing I want to try is the grilled naan bread. We'll go from there. Right now I just hope it is cooler where you are than where I am. I am in our office. It is very hot. I would open the window, but one of the dogs I live with decided to get on my desk, shred the screen and jump out the window to the ground twelve feet below. Twice. That's all.
